How to get AllMy updates

Your purchase includes free updates for 12 months. Getting the latest version takes about two minutes, and your data file is never touched — updates only replace the app file.

If you bought on Etsy

1. Open your Etsy purchases

Go to Etsy → Your account → Purchases and reviews and find your AllMy order.

2. Download the files again

Click Download Files on the order. Etsy always serves the newest version we've published — no need to re-purchase.

3. Replace your old app file

Swap the old .html app file for the new one (keep it in the same folder if you like). Open it and point it at your existing data file — everything carries over.

If you received a gift code

Use your gift code on the registration page — the confirmation email always links to the latest version.

Your data is safe. Updates never modify your data file (the .xlsx). Only the app file is replaced. Still, keeping backups is always good practice — see Settings → Automatic backups inside the app.

Am I still in my free update window?

Open the app and go to ⬆ Upgrade — with your license key entered in Settings, the page shows your update eligibility and end date. Outside the 12-month window? New versions are available at our store at a discount for existing customers.
