Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we verify ownership of the email address associated with your request before any information is disclosed, updated, or deleted.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to process your request.

Your rights

You may submit one of three types of request:

Review my data

If your identity is successfully verified, we will provide a summary of the personal information we currently hold about you. Depending on your interactions with us, this may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Product license key(s)
• Support correspondence

Update my data

You may request updates to your name or email address if they are inaccurate or have changed. Please review your changes carefully before submitting them. Changes immediately replace the information currently held in our systems.

Delete my data

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. Once completed:

• Your name and email address will be permanently removed or anonymized.
• Personal identifiers contained within support correspondence will be removed where reasonably practicable.
• Your software license keys will remain valid but will no longer be associated with your identity.
• Because we will no longer know who owns those license keys, our ability to provide ownership-based customer support or recover licensing information may be limited.
• Deletion requests cannot be reversed.

Verification Timeframes

• Verification links remain valid for seven (7) days.
• If verification is not completed, reminder emails may be sent.
• Requests that remain unverified for thirty (30) days will be automatically closed.
• A new request may be submitted at any time.

Request Status

Each request receives a unique reference number that may be used if you need to contact us regarding your request.

Transparency

We publish anonymous, aggregated statistics showing the number of Data Subject Rights requests received and processed during the previous twelve months. These statistics never contain personal information and are available on our website.
