Guv1 Digital ("Guv1 Digital", "we", "us", or "our") creates and sells digital products, including software applications, templates, spreadsheets, documents, AI prompt collections, and other downloadable content (collectively, our Products).

Some Guv1 Digital Products may be sold through third-party marketplaces or storefronts, such as Etsy or other platforms we may use in the future. Guv1 Digital does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party marketplaces. This Privacy Policy applies only to information that Guv1 Digital receives or processes.

Purchase Information
When you purchase a Product through a third-party marketplace, that platform handles payment information, account details, and billing in accordance with their own privacy policy. Guv1 Digital may receive limited information necessary to confirm your purchase, deliver your Product, provide customer support, and verify ownership or license eligibility. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Product Registration Information
Some Products may include registration, activation, or license verification. Where applicable, we may collect your name, email address, license ID, product name, and product version. We use this information to verify your license, provide updates where applicable, provide customer support, and prevent misuse of our Products.
4. Information Stored by Our Products
Many Guv1 Digital Products, including desktop applications, are designed to operate primarily or entirely offline. For Products that store information locally:
- Your files remain on your own device
- We do not receive copies of your files
- We cannot view your personal information stored within those files
- We cannot recover lost or deleted files
- The Product does not automatically transmit your information to us or any third party
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own information
If a Product includes online features, cloud storage, or other connected services, those features will include additional information describing how they handle data.
5. Feedback and Bug Reports
Some Products may allow you to send feedback, ratings, or bug reports. If you choose to submit feedback, we may receive your comments or description, product name, product version, license ID, and email address (if provided). We use this information only to improve our Products, investigate issues, and respond to your request. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
6. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Guv1 Digital may use AI tools as part of our internal development, research, testing, and business operations. Some Products may include AI-assisted features, such as suggested AI prompts, templates designed for use with AI tools, or recommendations based on information you provide.
However:
- We do not automatically send your Product data to AI providers
- We do not send your files or personal information to AI services unless a Product specifically states otherwise
- We do not have access to your conversations with third-party AI providers
- We do not receive or store AI-generated responses created through third-party AI tools
If you choose to copy information or prompts from a Guv1 Digital Product into an external AI service, that information will be handled according to that provider's privacy policy and terms. If we release Products that directly connect to AI services in the future, we will clearly explain how those features work and what information they use.
7. How We Use Information
We use personal information only when we have a valid reason to do so, including:
- Providing Products — processing purchases, delivering Products, verifying licenses, providing updates
- Supporting Customers — answering questions, troubleshooting problems, responding to requests

We may share limited information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our business, including marketplaces where Products are sold, payment providers, website hosting providers, email delivery providers, and customer support tools. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Guv1 Digital, our customers, or others.
9. Cookies and Website Analytics

10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary. This may include retaining information for license verification, customer support, product updates, legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting our legal rights.
When a Product enters Legacy status (as described in our Product Lifecycle Policy), we may retain relevant registration and support information for up to five (5) years from the date the Product becomes Legacy. If you do not own any other Guv1 Digital Products that remain in Active or Maintenance stages, your personal information will normally be deleted or anonymized after this period unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal obligations.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including accessing your personal information, correcting inaccurate information, requesting deletion, objecting to certain processing, restricting certain processing, and requesting a copy of your information.

12. International Customers
Guv1 Digital operates from Utah, United States. If you purchase or use our Products from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Where required by applicable privacy laws, we take appropriate steps to protect personal information transferred internationally.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Products are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
